Help with Photos on JetPack

I am looking for someone in the UNITED STATES so that I can call and talk to them because I am not savvy with this and am better showing and expressing with my words than writing.
My photos are not showing up on my new blog post, however I used them on another post and they are showing up just fine. I have already gone to two developers and contacted Jetpack, but they are taking way too long to respond. I am beyond frustrated at this point and really need someone to figure this out. Attached is an example of what is happening.
