SEO: Why is my (Wordpress) Website not indexed?

Hi,
i'm Philipp from Germany. I have a Website, a Job Board for Cooks: [login to view URL]
It is built with wordpress and wp job manager plugin.
Over 4 Month ago i took the site live but it is still not indexed by Google.

The strange thing is - i have another Job Board - [login to view URL] - it is basicly the same code but it ranks perfectly.
Why is my Site not index and what can i do to achieve this?
(Please no answers like "get backlinks", thats not the problem.)
There must be some problem i don't see.
