Setting up Wordpress database on local host Amazon ec2 Windows

There are three wordpress website running on three subdomains of default domain on the Amazon ec2 Windows. One wordpress site has database on other server and is not updating the theme. It is asking for FTP credentials.
The task is to setup the database on the local host, where database of other two sites is also setup, so that the web management becomes easier and faster.
