WordPress Plugin for Merging Inline Code and Files

Hi there, I need a WordPress developer that creates a custom sample WordPress plugin that will do: - Merge some given JavaScript files and inline JS code given by the plugin, per post. - Merge some CSS files and inline CSS code given by the plugin, per post. The plugin will work per post/page/custom post. On post save hook, or another similar/more approrpiate hook, the CSS files, JS files and custom JS/CSS code will be taken as an input, merge these, save them in the uploads folder, or a place more appropriate, and enqueue them for that post. In the end, I will require - Customized plugin files - The plugin files will include a way to gather custom options from the post/page and create sample inline JS/CSS function, depending on the options. - Generates the output file with merging files+string. - Enqueue the files.
