my website (learnpress online education website) is very slow both on opening pages as well as for when people want to log in or connect to server

if you simply go to the website and register when you click for example add to cart it takes a long time to add to or when you are logged in and are taking a course each video you complete you have to click on complete on the video page it takes a long time or in quiz when you answer question it takes a long time I think it has to do something with the database
