write a C function which reads array from a file , at the end write result to another file

I have a matlab program, which needs to call a function written in C (program can use executable version of function.c). I have the matlab version of the function(simple motion estimator).
You will write exact version of this matlab function in C or C++. Then the executable version of the code should work correctly with Matlab program.
The function takes 2 arrays as input, and outputs 3 arrays. It is not important how you take inputs and send outputs, at the end the matlab program should work correctly.
I attach matlab function source code, which I want the exact function in C.
I will share entire program source code if you need.
