please check attached images. I need someone to convert those images in a css div based layout without any tables in the html file. Please notice the round corners. you need to create them using either 4 corners or a similar techniques. Need to be xhtml and w3c compliment both css and xhtml. The css tags need to be veri descriptive like header_top or content_left or footer_menu i am looking for a light solution under 10K for .html file. Please use css inheritance, list for menu and round corners for boxes. The background for the box with color from dark to light need to be a 1px width and 100px or so for height. The layout need to be fluid and should look the same for ie7 ie8 and firefox. Don't bother with ie6. When said fluid i need that there should not be fixed size for layout. The screen resolution for testing will start from 1000X800
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

hello Thanks to all of you that wanted to help me out. I am planning to pick someone today or tomorrow morning. Unfortunately I do not have to source code of the images the psd or something. I got this example from templatemonster. after i searched after catering keyword. It seams that mu budget was cutoff from various reason. I am sorry but i have to pay from my own pocket this work and i can not spend more than 20 or 25$ the current amount that i have in the coder account, being one as well. I know all of you put the bid over 100$ but the thing is that for 40$ i could buy it from template monster and customize it myself. What do you think. Are you able to help me out with this.
