3 tiered Flash video juke box

I need an XML driven navigation bar for selecting streaming videos from an RTMP server or an SWF There will be 6 horizontal categories on mouse over each category will change color and display from1-4 subcategories on mouse over each subcategory will change color display a list of titles title on mouse click the selected video will run (Exception: one category will load a swf file) The categories and sub categories are fixed. The Titles and their location are variable and may be edited in the XML file
