478897 Webpage design project

I have a web page designed designed (for an online searchable site) in photoshop(.psd). Its not great! So, I would like for an expert to do the following: Slice and add flash on the front page (including images). Convert PSD to XHTML and CSS. Must be W3c Compatible. No Tables. Should be compatible with all current browsers. Check for consistency in code and aesthetics I need only the best Web 2.0 and CSS website/graphic designer using latest techniques about to bid for this. Need to communicate and understand brief fully and to doing the work in good time yet delivering quality output. My page needs refining but must be stunning on the eye with the wow factor.
