122286 Why Google Not Indexing Blog

I've been reading on Google how to get them to spider our blogs. It appears they are spidering the blog homepage but not anywhere else on the blog. I want individual posts to be spidered and I'm looking for a search and xml expert who has successfully worked with Google in the past to help me figure out what needs to be done.
Here are the instructions:

Here is the URL I'm using to get them to ping our site:
[url removed, login to view]?action=full
But when I search the results page to verify that they've queued our site for spidering, our site is never listed:
