I need to transpose the "MPV_Compliance_Attributes" attribute ID value and the "MPV_Compliance_Attribute_Values" attribute ID value from this "DataContainer" section of the XML shown below to the "Values" section of the XML shown below. I am asking for the "DataContainer" section of this XML to be replaced with the "Values" section.
