Purchasing Component:Staff members need to be able to order items from a set list that i have in excel. This list includes supplier, product and [url removed, login to view] order form would require the following:
- Purchase ID (Autonumber)
- Department (Editable drop down box)
- Staff Member name
- Supervisor Name
- Product (Multiple Items in a subform would be good)
- Quantity
- Price (Automatically generated based on my product list)
- Once complete this would then generate an invoice. The invoice must be based on each supplier. Ie. If a staff member orders items from different supplier, an invoice would be generated based on supplier.
- An email generated to the forum user including the invoices and notification of successful submission.
- An email to a member of our store team who will process the order and will update a status box that includes (Pending Approval,More Items ordered, Items Delivered).
I am happy for this to be developed in a more efficient manner and can leave it up to the developer as long as the same information is captured and the separate supplier invoices are produced.
