This was my first time in freelancer and I had great expectations, based on so many success stories from so many people working with different freelancers. However, I had the worst experience working with Samrat in Binarywrap. In detail: -Things began very well, with great, constant communication. -We agreed on 3 phases: Design, Front-end development, and back-end development. -The Design phase was flawless and I believe he delivered a nice site design -Problems began surfacing in the front-end development as I had to do lots of QA for him, and there were some logic problems that were never not fully fixed. I accepted to pay for this milestone with his promise that those things would be fixed during the back-end development phase. -I did not receive any HTMLs or source code files even after I paid for this milestone -Once the back-end phase began, it was clear that there was something going on. He "got lost" for several days; I would not get updates in weeks, etc; I began suspecting that he didn't have back-end development experience and didn't really know how to do that. -After several tries, and even involving Freelancer customer service (who contacted him), I never heard back from him anymore. In short, I have a design and that's it. My goal was to launch my web site in Jan/Feb this year, and now I will have to start over again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WITH MORE THAN A BASIC WEBSITE NEED TO HIRE THIS FREELANCER.
