Jorge took on this challenging algorithm project within a limited time frame, but still performed an outstanding job. He didn't just take on the task for the sake of completing, rather, he took it on as if this is a science project. He thought out of the box to improve the efficiency of the algorithm many folds. This kind of intellectual curiosity and persistence in achieving the highest quality of work is rare to come by these days.
