Ski cabins at the heart of Andes in Chile is set amongst 3 National Parks. They contacted us as a result of reading one of our articles on hotels and hotel rate settings. They realised their old website was not helping them break through the search results, as the website was more about styling and less about content. Our recommendations included changing the website to a Responsive Design, deploying our Booking System, and simplifying their rates to make it easier for guests to understand their rate strategy. The biggest job in the project was to create content which the old website lacked. Whilst we did the research on keywords and helped select the target keywords, to save costs the client chose to produce a huge amount of content including translation into Spanish. The new website is stylish whilst informative, with English and Spanish already in use and plans for additional languages such as Portuguese in the future.

This small boutique hotel in Andalucia is heavily reliant on generating bookings from their own website. The website is now in it's 3rd version having had a facelift in 2007 (complete redesign), 2010 (refresh of design elements) and 2015 (conversion to Responsive Design). The website is designed in Adobe Dreamweaver and is in static HTML. It is fully optimised for search engines (SEO), extremely fast loading (A++), and handles 6,000-9,000 visitors per month depending on the season. The website is in English, Spanish, Dutch, German, and French. The website also integrates our online booking system with channel manager that synchronises inventory with major portals.

The company was established in August 2005. Owners had planned to move to Spain and setting up their business for 4 years before their arrival. The business has been a great success but they knew they could do better so they turned to Cognisant Hosting in 2010 to transform their website. We created a bespoke WordPress theme which is fully Responsive and clearly shows their offerings. It reflects their personality as well as their passion, whilst making it easy to navigate and find information. The website is in English and Dutch. We also implemented full SEO on the website as well as ongoing management of the SEO on our annual contract. The traffic has increased from 3,000 visitors per month in 2010 to 18,000 per month in 2017. Revenues have grown by 300% which has meant the company now employs a number of full time guides as well as purchasing their own properties to accommodate riders.

Long established country hotel outside Ronda, Spain, set amongst farmland and based on a renovated Roman Farmhouse. This amazing place has managed to retain some of it's original Roman features offering charm and hospitality. Original website was over 10 years old and non-responsive. Owners attempted to change their website on 2 different occasions with cost overrun and technology overload. They did not where to turn until one of our customers recommended us to them. After an initial consultation, the website was specified as per their original requirements and within 1 month it was ready to go live including online booking system. New website is Responsive, includes English and Spanish, built in WordPress means the owner can edit and change the content, and online booking system means less administration for managing bookings.
