The Scope of Works includes the construction of the following: All required Enabling Works, Four Basement levels of Car Parking, a tower of 5-star hotel serviced apartments comprising 314 units, a building of Residential Apartments (unfurnished) 175 units, and a Podium area including Lobbies/entrances to Serviced and Residential Apartments, and (Retail outlets/F&B Outlets completed on Shell & Core basis) and External Works - Hard and soft landscaping and Marine Works.

The project is the extension building for a school, and it consists of the ground floor, first floor & roof, and remolding of the existing school in Sharjah. Comprises the construction and completion of forty classrooms, Administration offices, Meeting rooms, Library, Canteen, kitchen, Gym, Courtyard, and other Service buildings such as Substation and Guardrooms.

The project contains a Hospital Building of Basement, Ground floor, six Floors, a Penthouse, and a Roof which includes: Emergency Department, Imaging Department, Administration Office, Education & Conference, Kitchen & Laundry, Pharmacy, Outpatient Department, CSSD, Lab, Dialysis, Hyperbaric Treatment, Therapy Pool, Physiotherapy, Burn Unit, Operation Rooms + Surgery, ICU & CCU, Prosthetics & Orthotics, Postpartum & Well Baby Nursery, N I C U, P C U & Delivery / C Section OR, Pediatric Ward, In-Patient Rooms, Royal Suite & VIP In-Patient. Sundry buildings outside the main hospital building: Substation, Morgue, Medical Gas, Mosque, CUP Building, Tunnel, Guard Rooms, Landscaping & Parking.

Sheikh Khalifa Central Hospital

The University of Toronto is planning to construct a 14-storey academic tower in downtown Toronto using a combination of timber and concrete, making it the tallest of its kind in North America. The project is motivated by the benefits of timber, such as its low carbon footprint, fire safety, and faster construction time. Funding for the project will come from government subsidies, university funds, and philanthropy. The tower will be located above the existing Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport and will house various academic units. The collaboration involves renowned architectural firms, and the tower will utilize the established base of the Goldring Centre. The use of timber contributes to sustainability, and the tower will be built with cross-laminated timber (CLT). Offsite manufacturing will enable efficient and quiet assembly. The project also aims to promote domestic industries and manufacturing.
