I have been in BPO industry for almost four years now. I used to handle customer service, lead generation, technical support and billing/finance (support processes for cable, internet, phone service and personal home/car/life)insurance accounts.
I recently wrapped up a pilot project -- acted as both Quality Assurance Analyst and deputy Team Lead for a small group of 6 people.
In addition, I was a former Executive Assistant to a Travel and Recruitment Agency Owner. Had a year of 1-on-1 English tutoring Korean students experience.
I am trained on several leadership and process improvement programs such as Basics of Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode Effect Analysis, and Process Mapping Toolkit to name a few.
I am proficient in Microsoft Office -- and I am fond of doing most of my admin tasks in excel.
