FLUTTER/JAVASCRIPT MOBILE APPLICATION (RECENTLY FROM 2018 TO DATE) I have designed and developed a social media and market place App. a) Using Flutter & JavaScript for multi-platform development (Android, iOS, web) b) The database is built on Google Firebase c) It has a web-based back-end developed using PHP & JavaScript. d) Multi-media includes live broadcasting (using JavaScript) MAIN WORK EXPERIENCE 1996 to 2005: Staff of the Commonwealth Secretariat, London I was a member of the team that developed a public debt management software, currently in use by more than 40 countries. The system is a Windows application developed using Borland Delphi, running on Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. Since leaving the Commonwealth Secretariat, I have been working as a technical support and capacity building consultant for the debt management software in various countries, in Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean.
