Aqtoor (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and aqtoor did not do this. All funds in escrow were returned to mrguy007 (the employer).

Aqtoor (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract to upload all deliverables to the site by the deadline or they would forfeit the project. aqtoor did not do so. nipper (the employer) released $100 of escrowed funds.

Aqtoor did a great job. They were very patient with my client who demanded many revisions and picked at things endlessly. This is the second project I worked on with them and they delivered again.
