Some other aspects that you should be aware of is that the site is crawler friendly or not and make sure it is submitted in the major SE for the crawl. There is a need to keep track of crawl cycles to do effective SEO.
The most important aspect of SEO I would say is keyword analysis. The keywords provided were not really traffic pullers. So I have made a (small) list of keywords that you would be interested in the excel sheet.
