In my previous work experiences, i have drafted and successfully delivered microcopies for B2B/B2C SAAS UI platforms, that guides users on how to navigate within the platform and perform relevant user actions. I work closely with UX designers and Product managers to understand the product and design flow, and thereby craft relevant microcopies. Using Figma tool, develop UX writing scenarios and provide my feedback to the designer.
Apart from the Content Design/UX writing, i have great expertise in working on technical docs such as User docs and Developer Docs (API and SDK documentation) for SAAS platforms that provide end-to-end information about the platform. I use Knowledge base tools (Doc 360) to create User guides, admin guides, configuration guides, and Release Notes. For Developer Guides, the ReadMe tool is very handy for me. I am also familiar with other documentation tools such as Adobe Framemaker, RoboHelp, MadcapFlare, and Markdown.
