I am Biji V.N., an IT professional looking for a freelance job. My foundation is as a developer, in multiple languages, in windows platforms. Later acted in the roles of project lead and Project Manager- Quality Assurance and Project Development. As project manger -Quality assurance, my role involved the implementation of CMMI process within the organization. We have successfully developed a process suitable for the company and its projects.
