My objective is to improve organization effectiveness through managing the delivery of recommendations and solutions covering Human Resource Management, Organization Design, HR Transformation, HR Governance and Change Management.

ILO… etc.
And studied more than 40 business books from global publishing firms like Pearson and Mcgraw Hill.
