Product engineer

There are two business area where I can provide services. 1. 3d modelling + photorealistic rendering of products, buildings, interiors, exteriors and all projects where the 3D visualization can be relevant. 2. Engineering services. I am mechanical engineer. I have been working for 13 years as development engineer in Power Tool bussines segment at a multinational company. Additionally I have experiences in TTM (Time To Market) project development, Scrum development method, FMEA handling (failure mode analyses), technical documentation to Invention reports. Production technologies: 3d printed prototyping, Plastic injection molding MIM (Metal Injection Molding), Sinter technology , Machining. Several methodes, processes and tools which belong to project work of a product development. One of our patented solution.: Handheld Impact drill, with a mode-setting device. You can check it in the portfolio but you can find it on the internet as well.

We invented a new kind of mode-setting device, we called "One-Ring Cocept". The major aim of the design was to invent a function setting device which is intuitive, clear, and Poke-Yoke from user's point of view. There is no more different sliders, switches or buttons on the tool just One Ring which is responsible for all mode setting, be it speed selection or torque limitation setting, and this is fitted to the required function like screw-driver, drilling, or impact drilling. All these mode selection can be set with only one ring with intuitive icons that the user know exactely which function is set in.
