3. Freelancers bidding on your projects aren't reading the whole description before bidding.
Freelancing is a competitive marketplace. We are in a hurry to bid on the good jobs, like yours, before anyone else does. Many people skim and bid, without knowing if they can deliver what you're looking for.
Tip: At the bottom of your project description, put this phrase: 'If you have read the entire description, include the word COFFEE in the first line of your bid.'
2. Communication is lacking.
It's hard to get some freelancers to over-communicate about a job. When you find one who will, keep them! To encourage over-communication from your freelancer, do it to them first. Ask lots of questions and be enthusiastic about answering their questions.
And the #1 reason you still haven't found a good freelancer...
1. YOU HAVEN'T HIRED ME YET!
Writing ~ Infographics - Social Media ~ WordPress ~ Clerical ~ Native English Speaking ~ Fluent in French ~ and much more. Just ask!
