Quality of a product is determined by 3 things: Material, Expertise and Will. The best of Material is useless without an Experienced worker and Experienced workers is useless without Will. In the computer world Material like Node.js, C++, etc is freely available so needless to say the quality is heavily depends on Expertise and Will. Will is how much a person want something, the fact of the matter is that you will always get a better, more innovative and friendly experience if your hiring someone whom isn't in it just for cash.
