What I can do for You ================ - speed up Your website (1-2 second complete page loads), - optimize MySQL server (includes complete audit, query rewriting etc.) - make Magento super fast (1-2 second complete page loads), - improve Your GTMetrix or PageSpeed score to 90+/90+ or even 100/100, - install and configure Varnish, Memcached, Redis and more, - explain everything I'm doing with Your site/server, - provide work log and reports with list of all changes I've made. My English is quite good (contrary to many other freelancers I didn't hire anyone to write this text for me). I never failed on any project and I have exceptionally high repeat hire rate (at least in terms of Freelancer.com standards). How to NOT hire a freelancer ================ Even if You decide to not hire me consider those tips when choosing a freelancer - especially if You don't have much experience: - consider only freelancers who can finish their projects, the ones with 95%+ completion rate, - consider only freelancers with high repeat hire rate ( 20% or more) - if it's lower it means that his/hers clients were not satisfied with their work, - most reviews are SPAM and come from colleagues, - do not be impressed by Freelancer.com green score (the one in 0.0 - 10.0 range) - it does not reflect how often freelancer fails on project, his ratings etc.
