Sound knowledge of networking methods, techniques and processes;
Extensive knowledge of installing advanced configurations on Cisco Call Manager and Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise platforms;
Possess good working knowledge of TCP/IP networks;
Comprehensive knowledge of Cisco network protocols and transport systems;
In-depth knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications like UCM, UCCX, MPE, Unity, NSTS and DRSN;
Familiar with Cisco routing, switching and wireless products;
Possess excellent technical, troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills
