Brief Summary of MAK Start It all started out early in 2006 from Alexandria, Egypt as an individual/home business, I started to work around with Microsoft Paint, but that sucked. In a few months I had learned Adobe PhotoShop 7, and went on making designs for friend and family, kept on learning, and within a couple of years I had learned everything with Adobe PhotoShop's chain. In 2008 started the new age of designs with Adobe PhotoShop CS Family & new features, kept on learning again with online and printed tutorials, and went on making designs for Small companies, Charity works, Some friends, and Family as the same. I graduated From the Faculty of Commerce in 2007 with pass grade in Business Administrations Dept, from January 2007 I was interests in the financial fields and I started taking some of Financial/Technical at the Faculty of Commerce and Alex & Cairo Stock Exchange (CASE) after that I searched for CFA (Certified Financial Accountant)/CMA (Certified Managerial Accountant) with AUC in Cairo, in the middle of 2007 I started my self-study in CMA and various courses, and in September 2008 I take my decision to change my career to something in my actual field then I chooses Human Resources Management, and actually I started HR Diploma "for two years" at the Faculty of Commerce from October 2008 till now, and I hope I finish it June 2010. In July 2007, I and two of my friends decided to start our own business for Computer's services named "Salam Stores for computer maintenance and services" in Agami Compu Mall, and we did the shutdown at the end of 2007. And in June 2008, met someone have a Non-Profit Organization called "Target Academy for Society Development" he asked me to be a general supervisor of this organization and I did that till I started my diploma then I quit in December 2009. Kept searching for a Human Resources job till I found one in May 2009 with PSC (Project Services Co.) and I started there in June 2009 as a Human Recourses Coordinator/Head till January 2010 and my main activites was first activity: Create A Human Resources Dept. (cause they was haven't before I came) ... and I done it successfully, Second activity: Implement The ISO Standards in HR Dept, and pass the ISO's audit with less non-conformities ... and I done that with Zero non-conformities.
