A bit of context: this is the entrepreneurial project I'm working on with a collegue: we want to make instruction for digital profession accessible for anyone through complete course which we describe as "professionalising".
One of the main reason why a person choose not to study something or not to choose a certain career is the price: we promise highly relevant courses for very moderate price.

In this context I am the one who is responsible for its success or fail: I manage the Meta & Google campaign which are making us create a lot of significant leads which are becoming clients.

EDUCATION SECTOR - "ZeroUno Lab"

One of the task I have when working with "Amiche per Mano A.P.S." is organizing all the communication behind their charity events which are, most of the times, fitness events.
In this occasion (2/3 times a year) they end up having between 700 and 3000 people walking or running for charity depending on the event.

Here I have a very big responsibility to convey correct messages about the "Why" people should take part. There is a very thin line between communicating which kind of organization this is and the activity we want people to take part to. the first one is usually avoid when not necessary, the second one is often liked just because is something easy to do.

Conveying this kind of message in a way which needs to be always unique and precise is as challenging as interesting.

During university I had the possibility to get in touch with a very interesting no profit realities born to support accountants in their job on different level.
I worked with a team to build the perfect "communication plan" which was the main need of the organization. As we were asked to do on a generical level something which always need to be taylored for each case, we built a process implemented with AI (using a ) which aimed to personalized the output. We build different communication scenario on the basis of the preference or each accountants company to give them the best and fastest communication plan they could get.

The process had a lot of success and we were really proud of what we were able to create.

I'm currently working on an entrepreneurial project as a Meta & Google advertiser. This role is really challenging as I'm asked to reach very high result with low budgets: in these first few months I was able generate a lot of quality leads and allowed the first sales which I'm really proud of.

I have a very important role in this big no-profit organization: i manage their Instagram account with a daily editorial planning and work as an Advisor for the Facebook one, I take strategical decision about digital and physical communication, I take care of their Meta & Google Campaign, I take relevant decision about budgets and I present digital analytics report periodically to practically show the results I'm getting
