In line with EU GDPR requirements company had a goal to stay compliant. The project required:
1. Internal audit (inventory of processes in which personal data are processed, statement of what needs to be corrected).
2. Assessment of the premises for conducting (DPIA) related to the processing of personal data in key departments: Finance, HR, Document Outsourcing, Sales&Marketing (e.g sales processes, royalty and extended warranties initiatives, marketing campaigns).
3. Determining the legal basis for processing specified in the GDPR based on the processing application to Xerox and its partners.
4. Development of technical and organizational solutions that should be implemented to ensure compliance with the GDPR (e.g. CRM, web pages and IT solutions for sale&marketing, leasing system, vendor management).
5. Development of information clauses.
6. Analysis, modification or development of relevant data processing agreements.
7. Update of the Personal Data Security Policy.

The task was to adopt the new approach to customer experience cross-functional while improving processes within the entire organization. The work led to:
1. The process improvement of handling service agreements through:
• Contract management automation,
• description of procedures decision matrices,
• unification of the work environment.

• reducing numerous documents and warranty cards which are now online,
• procedural and operational changes.
3. Description of procedures, SOPs, decision matrices for dispersed processes.

Audit of the business process for a new service offered by Costa Coffee Poland which had to be reviewed for GDPR compliance. Work involved:
1. Review of identified or identification of new processes of personal data processing in terms of compliance with the GDPR.
2. Data Inventory in the process and subprocesses under investigation.
3. Evaluation of the implementation of data subjects' rights.
4. Evaluation of contract documentation for the studied area.
5. Evaluation of the duties of the Administrator and the Processing Entity.
6. Transfer of data along with the creation of a personal data flow map and analysis of entrustment processing agreements.
7. Assessment of the premises for carrying out the extended risk assessment (DPIA – Data Protection Impact Assessment) related to the processing of personal data together with the guidelines for DPIA.

The aim was to create a framework that would strengthen the legal and tax aspects of Intra Group arrangements. Together with a project team, I led and contributed to:
1. Design, development and implementation of the intercompany contracting framework and IT system by alignment of contracting principles among multiple legal entities across the globe for service offshoring function which led to:
• legal entity onboarding improvement, SLA adherence, contract repository with data extraction;
• risk exposure reduction for legal, regulatory and transfer pricing compliance (e.g. reduction of VAT leakage and AML risks).
