• Creating and revising systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, and
record keeping systems.
• Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing
data, and identifying solutions.
• Keeping record of Company Vehicles by preparing, filing and dispatching of the
documents.
• Preparing documents for products’ licenses, keeping and maintaining record of
these licenses, making certain payments against these licenses and keeping record
of the payments.
• Keeping record of the Courier Slips and verifying bills against the same.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Keeping record of Inward and Outward dispatch.
• Preparing Work Sheets for Human Resource Department
• Filling up LC (Letter of Credit) Forms and preparing and maintaining Import and
Export Documents.
• Maintaining and keeping record of Employees’ Time Attendance sheet.
