Working Drawings.

The residence was designed for a young client with contemporary insights, the project displayed dynamic yet tropical characteristics, giving out an inviting impression. The plan with its pushes and pulls gave it adequate ventilation which is often a basic requirement in a tropical environment. Recognition of the needs of client, and the climatic conditions gave the final result to its dignified existence.

Project I

A modern landscape solution for the backyard for a family consisting of 3. The challenge included child safe designs along with a play area for the two-year-old. The final design solution was a combination of the designer and the user, as each shared ideas and prescription from their view points.

Backyard Landscape

The project and its spaces were designed with a context for tropical modernism kept in mind. The user wanted to keep a close relationship between the built environment and the surrounding nature. The courtyard helps in the passive cooling of the building as well as brings in natural lights resulting in a play of light and shadows.

Project L

A tropical safe haven designed with passive cooling techniques kept in mind. The spaces are filled with natural light and openings for maximum cross ventilation. The challenge was to design in a contour context, resulting in lower and upper ground floors, dividing the residence into two entities, yet connected.

Project M

The office space was designed in an already existing building, with space constraints. The challenge was to identify functions and circulations along with choosing the right size and type of furniture while creating an aesthetically pleasing yet pragmatic work zone.
