I run and own my interior design business, iisha Mae. I have been creating commercial, residential and retail projects for 4yrs now. I throughly enjoy space planning, creating functional and a beautiful asthetic for all my designs. I run my business primarily alone and therefore I'm more than proficient in handling many things at once. I have a great strength in creating the designs that my clients desire. For this project, I was commissioned to create a retail space for a party supply shop. My client wanted a space that was unique and a space that was organised and had its own brand. An empty four storey building to be turned into a retail, hairdressers, barbers, spa and minor medical space. For this project the main package was chosen, therefore creating a 2D floor plan, colour scheme, mood boards, socket and lighting plan, 3D renders and videos, schedule and shopping list. This project has yet to be finished

This is a project that I am still currently working on, it is a piece of land by the river Gambia that will be erected into a restaurant and six apartment's. For this project I have been working with a construction company and their in house architect to create the perfect design for these buildings. So far the 2D floor plan, 2D socket and lighting plan, design style, colour scheme, mood boards and 3D renders/video have been completed.
