I've spent 5 years working as an Online English Tutor for Japanese. Before that, I spent 3 years working in a call center as a Customer Service Representative and a Quality Assurance Specialist. During those years, I have logged thousands of hours taking in calls and listening to every client's concern. I also scanned many calls for quality, ensuring that agents are giving the best customer service. I see to it that the quality of the calls I received and scanned met the highest of standards when it comes to servicing clients and that customer satisfaction was attained. My job as an Online English Tutor has given me the opportunity to talk to different types of people, (mostly professionals). It has opened my eyes to other cultures and enhanced my communication and interpersonal skills. I also worked in Singapore as a Customer Service Executive for 10 months.
