Overall, she did a great job. She was patient and a pleasure to work with. She estimated the project would take 5 days to transcribe 15 interviews. This was a little ambitious (most other bidders estimated this would take 10 days), but we worked out a new schedule for her to complete the project. Some of the interviews were a bit difficult, but she has the machinery to slow down the interviews and capture what was said. She also was good at fixing her mistakes when pointed out. She is very responsive via email.
