Worked for a B2B client and implemented a full-fledged scraping framework. The Requirement was to scrape all the data form 5 major real estate websites listed below -- https://www.makaan.com/ -- https://www.nobroker.in/ -- https://www.magicbricks.com/ -- https://housing.com/ -- https://www.proptiger.com/ All the above websites were scraped and the tech stack used were -- Scrapy framework -- Beautiful Soup -- Python -- Postgres All the listing on the websites was scraped, cleaned, and stored in database. This pipeline was fully automated and the client just had to trigger the crawl. Moreover, IP rotation and user agent spoofing were also implemented to avoid IP ban which was appreciated by the client. Additionally I went one step further to implement an incremental crawl so that crawler only scrapes the updated data each time it is initiated CLIENT WAS VERY HAPPY FOR THE SERVICE AND STILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS FRAMEWORK FOR THE SCRAPING REQUIREMENT
