As a department lead, I was in charge of ensure employees were heard and productive. Often times I filled into positions if someone called out. I developed collaboration and organization skills by working with other departments.
In addition, I was assigned employees to account for in Paycom, a payroll application. Throughout this application, I learned how to categorize different types of pay and was held accountable for recognition of hours for the employees I managed.
