I have over 4 years of experience working as a virtual assistant doing, internet research, data entry, web search, lead generation, transcribing audios and videos, calendar management, email handling, article writing, social media management, scheduling, organizing files, e-commerce, hotel, and flight booking, taking minutes, supervising projects, recruiting, etc. I also do customer support and through experience, I have learned how to handle various kinds of customers. Am a graphic designer, Expert in background removal, 3D logos, letter headed papers, banners, flyers etc. I know how to develope a solution and be able to come up with a plan when there is a problem and always produce neat and well presented work.
