KSIL (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and KSIL did not do this. All funds in escrow were returned to PalaniKannan (the employer).

Very patient, polite helpful and communicative. Due to my own workload, I have repeatedly extended the project deadline because I have not had time to test the software properly, but I have decided to pay out in full and the Worker has kindly undertaken to continure to support the project and fix any bugs. I will use this Worker again.

KSIL (the worker) alleged that the work was 100% complete as per the contract. KSIL agreed in their Worker Contract to upload all deliverables to the site by the deadline or they would forfeit the project. KSIL did not do so. zydoc (the employer) had released 15% of the funds. All remaining funds in escrow were returned to zydoc.
