Michael is the not-so-rare case of Jack of all trades, master of none.
He started his career as a graphic designer, entertaining friends and family with cooking on the side. Eventually he moved onto various odd jobs just to get by until one day he just just dropped everything, moved to Vermont and studied Culinary Arts at the New England Culinary Institute.
Michael now spends his time tweaking recipes and attempting to bring all of his skills together in a wonderful graphic gastronomic masterpiece.
