Very bad experience indeed. The freelancer 'nagendra2012' insisted on me releasing the milestone payment before starting the work. The work was meant to be completed in 3 days, but almost 3 weeks after receiving the payment he had not even made a start and came out with silly reasons and excuses every time I contacted him. I asked him to refund the payment as clearly he was unable and unwilling to start the job but I received no reply every time and no payment was refunded. This freelancer is clearly not legitimate and is running a petty scam, so future employer be aware of this....your work will not be started, let alone completed.
