Nandor asked great questions at the start of project to clarify expectations, even booked a zoom, and expressed a lot of enthusiasm for the project. Unfortunately we ran into technical issues - I still don’t know what happened which is unfortunate because neither of us can learn from it and are doomed to repeat. Nandor did put in effort to try and fix and I have a workable deliverable but issues remain. Some solutions were bandaid, and created extra work. Much time spent being defensive.

Easy to communicate requirements, kept me updated with the progress throughout the project. Definitely nice to work with.
