Am a Diploma holder in Business Management from University of Nairobi. I have three years of office administration experience, including working in a busy work environment with multiple phone lines.
In addition I have extensive receptionist experience, strong communication, customer service, office, data entry and administrative skills. I have experience with a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Office and Quick-Books.
However am a result oriented, highly motivated and a person who strives to ensure that all tasks are successfully accomplished within time. For the time have worked in this position, have learned to work with people and have abilities in developing positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
