My professional skill includes Training for both communication and product knowledge skills. I have been a trainer for the past 8 years and I am responsible in creating training materials for New Hire classes and also handling training classes to deliver product related learnings. I have a good proficiency in Excel and an excellent proficiency for both Powerpoint and Word. I also have an experience in Lead Generation Virtual Assistant role and was responsible in contacting possible leads for business offer.
