ALthough there was an initial slight misunderstanding on the project brief - he went the extra mile to put this right.

Pros: Very diligent. Went the extra mile, and gave almost twice the number of entries we asked him for. Communicates fairly well and was willing to work through several revisions to get the job done. Cons: This project took a loooong time. Also, it took several revisions and much communication to get it close to being right. Still isn't perfect, but Rajendra's worked hard and deserves to recieve his payment. Overall, I thought he was worth hiring again. Good job!
