It uses a suite of products given by Datascan Technologies Inc to maintain loan information of the dealers.The product is hosted in the Chase environment and is maintained by the DCS team.

Description of the project : Customer Fulfillment IT is a Gen 2.5 Platform Sourcing project for catering to the needs of all end customers of Capital One Bank through leveraging Information Technology. Infosys handles all communication of the end customers with the bank in the form of checks, online statements, paper statements, letters, facsimile jobs, payments, website maintenance etc. This is while maintaining the regulatory dynamics of storage and archival. It is a level 5 maintenance project evaluated at CMMI Level 5 with intermediate development activity (for non-BAU enhancements) undertaken mostly in the Agile mode.
Ø Solved production support issues based on the end user requests.
Ø Worked on the upgrade of the CMOD tool used for loading the documents
which involved the analysis of different on demand commands supported by the new version.
Ø Worked on integrating the Bank One Letters into the current system.
Ø Took active participation in all the defect prevention meetings.

**Description of the project:** Mission Critical Process is a batch applications project which is a part of Card Services Domain of Chase bank. The project has around 60 batch applications currently.Infosys was involved in maintainence, enhancement and development of similar applications.The applications mainly deal with the accounts in collections. The batch applications were developed to do the back end data processing. Reporting and reconciliation for the First Support, Customer Assistance Program System and Recovery Management System application.MCP has backend applications for FS and some batch applications for CAPS and RMS as well.

Ø Worked for the major projects like Aspect Dialer, Early Intervention and WAMU (Washington Mutual)historical Conversion.
