Very bad experience. After working on the project the coder tells me the pay is not enough. So I locked him out of the server, an hour later he tells me that he has completed the project and for me to hurry and send him his payment. When I attempted to verify the changes I noticed that none of the files on the server had been modified, proving that no work was done. I asked him what files he changed and he sent me a listing. When I compared the files he sent to the ones on the server there was no difference. All the sql statements were the same, and the code was referring to the old database.
