Roster / Staff Attendance - Wage Calculations
- To create a Roster Coster - used to work out staffing cost and hours based on the projected occupancy of an accommodation camp. - Based on the Staff Master for each individual site, the Rostering for a fortnight is done depending on the shifts worked. - Each employee is assigned to a particular site, department, wage type(Salaried, Wage,Labour Hour) - Depending on the Salary category they are assigned to the salary is calculated. - Salary componenent is based on Number of hours worked, removing break hours, seeing its a Public Holiday, Sunday, Number of OT hours worked. - Also the leave types PL, SL, RDO are considered for the salary calculations including Loadings. - After finalising the Roster the Occupancy projection is calculated for each department. - Actauls are recorded in Staff Attendance and the salary calculation is done again, adding or removing employee for the site based on the Actuals. - Finally the report generated as Roster for the fortnight for staffs.
