CHALKBOARD Artworks Graphic Designer for iOS/Android App

Disappointed! Agreed on Bid price after understanding the detailed brief. A few days later he said that the price need to be revised. So we both agreed on the revised price and later in the night he said he dont want to continue anymore as he has other projects in hand and mine was not worth his time. He did apologize but i think its very unprofessional and unethical to agree and back out. I do give him credits for being straight forward rather than taking me in circles for a long time and end up with nothing done. Im writing this hoping all freelancers would understand and read the descriptions thoroughly before bidding a price which they would be expecting to receive and NOT bid at a price that they expect 10-20x the bidding amount.
